I lead a Supportive Parenting Program for anxious childhood emotions, which is a parent-based treatment for children and adolescents dealing with anxiety, OCD, and related problems. You can read more about the program here: SPACE
I provide services in both English and Spanish, and I am available for both virtual and in-person sessions.

My counselling approach is integrative, person-centred, and collaborative. I incorporate Neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, and Play Therapy to provide tailored services.
My areas of expertise include ADHD, anxiety, parent-child relationships, family functioning, and behavioural or school-related difficulties.

My approach emphasizes how psychic structure is shaped through an individual's relationships with others.
As a trauma-trained and culturally sensitive clinician, my work is grounded in a strength-based, psychodynamic perspective. I explore how unconscious factors influence current relationships, thought patterns, emotions, and behaviours.
I help both individuals and couples understand the tensions in their relationships as they move toward psychological wholeness.
